I am pleased to introduce myself to you: My name is Kurt W. Weirich. You will find more information about me and my experience under the heading ‘Portrait’ . I specialize in the recruitment of engineers for positions in the civil engineering and construction branch. The civil engineering/construction industry is a regional Swiss market, primarily in the German language, secondly in French and Italian and finally, in limited demand, in the English language. Large companies, which are internationally active, also require English speaking employees. English speakers are specially recruited in Switzerland, especially when they speak and write perfectly in German or French. My recommendation is that you first ensure that your German is at a level that you can speak fluently, even if your written German is not yet perfect. I suggest that you compare your curriculum vitae in English with the requirements of my clients to check for which positions you might be a competitive applicant.
